What do you think of a gap year travel right after you finish a course? How would you view students who take a gap year first before starting to work or seek a job? Some has viewed this kind of decision making as foolish, little did they know that the bosses now looks for a gap year experience on your resume even for the lowest position in the business or company hierarchy.

They say the world is diverse and only first hand experience can instill the right attitude and character in students and that is taking in consideration that the gap year program you took has a goal of doing just the thing that you wanted. So picking a good agency and a good program are factors that need a meticulous decision making and searching.

The companies now require their applicants to experience even a year of break. For, they had acknowledged that the education system has a limited range of programs to be able to produce a well-rounded and dynamic graduate. For that reason the big U also requires their freshmen students to first take a gap year before engaging in a college life.

Now new graduate job seekers are being screen not only if they have a related experience but also of their gap year travels. The gap year travel will make the new graduates and job seekers more employable.

A sales company dealing with Indian businessmen sends their sales representative for a year of gap year in India to better understand the Indian culture and thus succeed in most of their business dealings. The experience will teach these representatives to be creative, resourceful and thinking member of the company. It is again proven true and correct time and time again.
